Bill C-38 is a serious attack on working people, the environment, culture, oversight and democracy. Bill C-38 will mean the loss of thousands of public sector jobs. The bill shifts many decisions out of Parliament where issues can be debated and amended, and gives government ministers the power to govern by regulation.

Bill C-38 is currently being voted on. We must express our opposition today, and for the future.
