The Independent Workers Association (IWA) – Home Worker Section is an organization created in partnership between the United Steelworkers (USW) and Migrante-Ontario.

The Association will develop a campaign to lobby the Canadian Government to review immigration laws specific to workers under the Temporary workers Program and the Live-in Caregiver Program (LCP).
The IWA will lobby provincial and federal government on behalf of home care worker.
