Canada's Efforts to Stop Buy American Moving Slowly

CANADIAN PRESS, 14 Oct 2009 - USW's Director Neumann and Economist Weir say a Buy North American agreement can help protect our integrated labour markets. If only the Canadian government would involve labour and use Buy Canada to lever a strong bilateral with the U.S.
