National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women

December 6 is the 20th anniversary of the 1989 Montreal massacre of 14 women at Ecole Polytechnique. This tragedy is recognized by an Act of Parliament as a National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. As the attached announcement indicates, members of USW Local 13173 are among Steelworkers across the country who join in this Day of Remembrance and Action.
