This web page describes benefits available through the Steelworkers’ Trusteed Benefit Plan, Steel Cares. The Plan is very flexible, as any combination of benefits may be chosen by each Local. All benefits are provided through the Steelworkers’ Trusteed Benefit Plan, and may be costed on a cents-per-hour basis or on a percentage of payroll for easy negotiation with an employer. ... more
