Anti-Black Racism and Anti-Racism Resources

The United Steelworkers union in Canada and the United States unequivocally condemns the racism and racist violence that has occurred in the last number of weeks on both sides of the border.

Members, their families and their communities are hurting. Here in Canada, systemic racism continues to shape the lives of Black, Indigenous and people of colour of every age.

As trade unionists, we cannot stay neutral – taking on racism and learning how to be stronger anti-racist advocates is both urgent and deeply necessary. Here is a Canadian resource guide.
